December 2009. The 50 year lease has now been signed and the Elm Road Sports Field Association is now managing the running of the premises. It is up to us all to make sure the venue is looked after, it is for our own benefit. Hopefully in the New Year efforts will be made towards funding for new changing rooms. Also modernisation of the present building. Watch this space !!! We may need your help.

March Athletic Club have now moved back to Elm Road Sports Association field, sharing with Rugby and Football clubs. The three sports are forming a Trust to organise the running and maintenance of the facilities. The field has been purchased and is being made available to the association on a long lease with the possibility now of gaining funding from various organisations. We have an exciting future ahead with the possibility of expansion and new up-to-date facilities.
