150 runners/walkers took part in the David Rose Memorial Fun Run on Sunday
29th July at Wimblington. An excellent buffet was provided by club members, and
other clubs in the area - Fenland, Ramsey, Ely, Bushfield and Werrington - came
and joined us. The fantastic sum of £1070. 00 was raised for Leukaemia
Research. Well done to everyone involved, it was a great club effort. A cheque
for £1,117 was recently presented to The Leukaemia Society by Johnathan Rose and
Marilyn.
