Training programme for the Spring/Summer 2011 Sunday mornings at 8.30am meet at the Clubhouse for distance training at a slow pace if you wish. Various groups of various distances. Unless there is a race on the calendar. BEGINNERS COURSE. Starting Sunday 23rd January at 9am. Keith Saward will be taking beginners and improvers with walking/jogging and exercises.
